The hotel overlooks the cathedral, and while the rooms were very tired and the bathrooms in desperate need of refurbishment, they were comfortable and served our needs at a price of £144 per night. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the Cathedral, Bishops Palace, shops, and many restaurants, although noise from nearby restaurants was an issue.
